How to send mileage data

Hello, I'm thinking of participating in the NJ Mileage-based user fee pilot. They can accept telemetrics data from the vehicle but I understand this would be tough to clear thru Tesla. Alternatively, we can install a GPS device but I don't think we have an On-board Diagnostics port. Lastly, I would fill out mileage manually. Anyone done something like this?

A model 3 definitely has an On board diagnostics port (ODB II port). People use them all the time to capture date themselves.

Here is one randomly searched video I found for installing "scan my tesla" which requires connection to the ODB port.

Turns out the On-board device isn't an option for a Tesla 3, so will be submitting mileage to the administrator manually

Why dont use a software from the play store or app store to track your driving from your phone GPS ?

Pretty sure that if OP desired to, they could use something like teslafi, teslamate, or stats to capture drives (and mileage).
