Can someone remind me why, even if an adapter can be made for the Tesla supercharger, why other electric car makes could not actually charge on it? If I recall it was something about the voltage on the Tesla network being too high. Thanks.

Just had this happen to me. It can’t open and close automatically but I can do it manually so I charge up. Will see what the mobile guy says in a few days.

I had mine done in Princeton in July. At the time they were offering it via mobile.

I have a June 2019 build. I didn't remind them to backup anything but they must have anyway. All my settings were there after the retrofit. Just had to re-establish pairing with the phone, no mean feat!

You've never come around a slight bend to a red light where cars are stopped? The car may have eventually come to a screeching stop, it may not have. I wasn't going to take that chance.

Well said, a score of 85 seems right. Also it seems on this latest update that TACC is a little slower out of the blocks when following cars from a stop out of a red light to green.

Yeah, we had a huge rainstorm in central NJ last night and I definitely went thru a large "puddle" at speed. That same 6" x 6" section can loose and I'm driving around with it scraping the ground. Some folks think this could be more than a minor issue; that water can get in there more easily...

And forget about using TACC in snowy conditions. This beast wants to get quickly up to speed limit and starts sliding out well before that. Sure, it's fun to drive off cruise control, but not in those conditions.

I got my 3 in September here in NJ so missed most of the hot weather. Anyone notice that even when it's a balmy 21C that the interior gets up to 40 sitting in the sun? Not sure if this will significantly degrade the leather interior over time. Ken

Ah, there's plenty of little things that force us to takeover control, most valid but some not, and I guess it helps Tesla debug.
