How to view multiple gateways in App? New install with 3X to 200 amp service

I recently had a solar and power wall system installed in my home that has three 200amp services. I have three separate tesla gateway installed with two power walls for each gateway. Within the Tesla app, I can only see a single gateway and two of the power walls. How do I add the additional Gateways in the app? I’m assuming this will now show up as three separate systems. Is there a better way to go about doing this? Is there an email I should be reaching out to Tesla as the install team has gone quiet already

Unfortunately swiping left and right just reveals my car. Is there a process to add these to the app?

You can try calling tesla energy support at 877-961-7652, and selecting the options for powerwall support. Perhaps they can help you.

Unfortunately, I’m still waiting to hear back from Tesla as their support has not yet gotten back to me. Pretty frustrating to have the system installed and not be able to use it. Any suggestions to get through to them more quickly?

Keep calling support until you get a person that moves things along for you. Even if they tell that it is with Tier 2, keep calling. Be positive, kind, and nice.

I know of no other way.
