How would you get this deep gouge repaired?

Got called into work this week to take care of something and the parking lot was completely full when I got there so I had no choice but to park to other cars. When I came out, I noticed this:

Is this something that Tesla or insurance would cover? How would you guys go about getting it repaired?

Check camera recording, buy bottle of touch up and move on. No way would I try to claim that on insurance.
