A photo of your actual mudflaps would help.

The splatter on the side of your car is level, or even slanted downward, which indicates, to me at least, that they weren't caused by the tire spray, which would have an upward trajectory.

Im honestly not sure what this is from. You are right there is quite a bit that is higher up on the door panels and coming downwards.

I got caught up looking at all of it on the rear rocker panel I just assumed it was tire spray.

Anybody get these type of “sprays” on their car. It’s easily wiped off and seems to wipe off like dirt/dust.

See if they can do paint correction

This happens to me when I over dress my tires with the oem mud flaps. Not a big deal at all.

Most aftermarket mudflaps have a tapered edge which means it doesn't really prevent tire spray. The OEM mudflap has a straight edge which probably offers more protection.

That looks exactly like tire sling from a freshly detailed car. A low speed turn with a lot of extra product and you will catch the panels on the downward trajectory.
