I need tips on phone/bluetooth connection

Like everyone else, my phone's in my pocket, so I could easily open the door. But at least once a week, it takes 20-30 seconds for my Tesla to connect to my phone, and then it unlocks, after several tries of trying to open the door. yeah I know. 30 seconds is nothing (First world problems). it's just annoying and 30 seconds feels like a long time when someone's waiting to get in.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S21+, so it's not an outdated phone.

I'm not the only one with this problem, right?

so anyone have any tips, so I don't get frustrated once a week?

I have the same problem periodically. Try connecting to the Tesla app before you leave the house/office. Usually, once a connection is made, the car will open immediately after you pull the door handle.
