Idea referral code to get 1k for model Y and got charged

Hello,
so purchased in ,may 2021 model y with referral code to get 1k miles. Used 1st time supercharger today and got charged. Checked account and it’s said pay for supercharger.
who do I call I email to dispute it???
any one from Tesl actually reads this forum?

Check your Loot Box in the upper right corner of the Tesla App. You may see the referral you received with a status of Delivered and a date. (When you receive the 1000 free Supercharger miles is says so right up front on the Loot Box page.)

Contact Tesla at [email protected] (This email should only be used for Referral Program inquiries. Tesla stated they did not mind sharing this email.)

Provide your Tesla Id

If your Referral shows as delivered, include this in the note.

In my experience Tesla will acknowledge receipt of the email within one business day. The free Supercharger miles showed up in my Loot Box within two days.

If you don't get an acknowledgement email, don't see your Supercharger miles after a few days I would send another note.

Same thing happened to me back in March. I just didn't worry about it and everything charged for free after that. I think my first charge was $12.

Yes, there are people from tesla that read this forum, however this forum is NOT affiliated with tesla in any way. There is almost no chance that someone will contact you because you posted here, for something like that.
