I'm an idiot (Referral program)

So I am an idiot. I referred a coworker and got 10k refferal points. I bought my M3 in 2019, so it didn't come with autopilot. I didn't see that autopilot was available for 9500 (!) points and I added a year of premium connectivity instead. I want to reverse that decision and use the points for autopilot. Am I SOL? Or can I buy some referral points to make up for my mistake?
