I'm getting TPMS warnings after collision shop repair

I just had my car in the shop for a repair of the rear quarter panel. They did a fantastic job and the car looks like new. The one issue I've seen though is now I'm getting warnings about TPMS failure. I just checked the pressure on the tires and they are all around 41, a little low but not enough to set this off as I've seen them lower. On the console it shows the tire pressure, with one yellow saying it last checked 5-10 minutes ago, and the wheel that it shows has varied. The pressure shows as 41 or 42, so basically normal

An ideas of what can cause this and anything I can do. If I don't have this figured out myself I can always take it back to the shop. I only worry at all because I've had multiple cars where once the TPMS system reports an error, no amount of resetting it ever really clears it.
