I'm unable to access Sketchpad

I've got 11/13 production MS 85 w/ tech package on 2019.20.2.1 and have never been able to access Sketchpad. When I triple-tap the "T" at the top of MCU screen I end up with the Atari Arcade selection screen. Anyone else experiencing this or has an explanation? I have no issues with playing Centipede while road tripping, but thought my wife would get a bigger kick out of Sketchpad.

Triple taps are no longer necessary.

Just tap. And wait. The menu of easter eggs, if we're still calling them that, will appear.

See if tap and wait makes a difference.

My sketchpad icon is of some astronaut, which is why I couldn't ever find it. I wouldn'tve thought that was the icon. But that's what it is, and the sketchpad is there with the other Easter eggs.
