I run my charging cable under the garage door (like many others) when my vehicle is parked outside. I've never really been a fan of this (garage stays open a crack, and the aesthetics of it).
Picked this up from Amazon (~$22) and installed today.

Looks a lot cleaner than the under the garage door run.
Quality of the part seems ok. The Tesla cable fits perfectly in the fins at the inlet. The fins seem like they won't last too long, maybe a year or two depending on the usage, but it will still work fine.
In the winter when we park indoors, you can snap the cover shut and push the slider down to seal it up.
