Iron deposits on new MYP

I just received my new MYP 2 weeks ago.

I noticed recently when that I have 2 pink / orange spots. I tried removed the spots with Iron X and a Clay bar with no luck. Do they look like iron deposits or just imperfections on the paint?

I will be applying PPF myself on the front end of my car. Is it safe just to keep these spots as is and put PPF over it? Will the spots just get worse over time?

can you feel them with a fingernail? is it something ON the paint, not a chip?

generally I feel iron deposits, unless you've done something to them, are black. you could get it if your car came by rail.

Maybe try some goo-gone, and/or some polish?

Surface contaminants on white cars usually appear like this. I saw some on my White MYP and they cleaned up with microfiber towel and Meguiar's Quick Detailer spray. Have not had to use clay but I plan to clay it before I polish. Not sure why it is not cleaning up on yours...

These spots are completely flat. I can’t feel them with a fingernail at all. There’s a few other spots underneath my hood that are similar.

Really odd that I can’t remove them with a cleaner, Iron Remover, etc.
