I placed an order with puretesla.com for my Model 3 at the end of March however changed my mind two days later and asked to cancel the order.
Three days later I got a shipment notification but no response to my cancellation request. I've tried to contact them via all the contact methods listed on their website include DM'ing them on Twitter but I've yet to receive one response.
Meanwhile, they've taken my money and the tracking details on USPS has been stating "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" for the last two months.
Has anyone had any luck with them recently?
