Is the 2nd row the same width as the 3?

I already have a 3 but saw the exterior dimensions of the Y are wider. Is the 2nd row wider compared to the 3? Thanks!

Surprisingly, the Model 3 rear hip room is almost 2" wider than the Model Y while the rear shoulder room is the same. Tables are from the Model 3 and Model Y Owner's Manuals.
