Not normal, looks like impact or scraping damage. Not critical except it may now be a place for water intrusion and dirt accumulation. Take it in most definitely if you're under 100 miles.
How did you happen to see this, did you hit something and look?
You'll want to get that secured, it protects the bottom of the car. To date, no one has ever stolen catalytic converter from a Tesla. You don't want to be the first.
The lower facia is installed wrong. It needs to go below that metal bracket sticking out. This is causing the aero shield and that fastener to stick out further than it should.
