Nothing to worry about.
Just because it’s regenerative doesn’t make it behave differently from friction brakes.
Asked another way, do you stamp the accelerator in icy conditions. Hopefully the answer is no, so don’t just lift off aggressively.

I live above 7200ft altitude in New Mexico and I learned fast that full regen is just asking for trouble in snow/ice conditions. So, 95% of the time I have regen set to high but in bad conditions I drop to low, despite it being annoying. If prevents slipping and sliding on slippery surfaces so gotta do it that 5% of the time.
