Isolation_low 18 MX 100D

I have 2018 Model X sometime in the morning it shows me isolation low fault, code I already replaced PTC heater AC compressor battery heater but my fault is still there. I would like to know if someone else had the same issue. That way I could resolve this problem. Fault code w_158_sw thanks
