Issues with delivery of demo vehicle (video included)

I literally just took delivery of my vehicle. It was a demo for which I got a good discount.

Before accepting to take a demo, I asked the sales rep if there was anything wrong with the car. I specifically asked him to confirm that the rebate I was getting was reflective of the mileage on the car and nothing else. He reassured me that, for all intents and purposes, I was getting a new car, but but that I could ask the delivery specialist if any work or maintenance had been done on the car.

The delivery specialist told me that no work or maintenance had ever been done on the car. However, as soon as I arrived at my hotel parking after delivery (about 10 km away), I could hear a whistling noise. Lone behold, one of my tires was previously patched, and that the patch was now leaking air.

Is this fair? I was told no work on the car, yet here I am with a patched tire. Can I demand having a non-patched tire (i.e. a new tire)? I read online that patched tires are more prone to flats.

I am planning on driving home tomorrow (200+ km away), but I won't be able to if my car can't be driven. I don't know what to do.

full disclosure, I didnt click the video... but if you can prove that it was patched, and not something that happened after you left the dealership, hopefully they would take care of you. If you cant prove its a patch, then you might be out of luck as there is no way to prove it didnt happen after you left.

I would still go back to tesla and tell them

I would not let such a small thing like a tire repair ruin the joy of getting a new Tesla.
There a bigger things in life to worry about. Just drive it and enjoy.
You got the discount. Use the money you saved from the discount and go buy a new tire if it bothers you that much.
