Knocking and wobble at 100 KMH+

I have a 2 year old Model 3 RWD with 50,000 KM on it & I just started to notice a slight knocking sound and minor UP/down wobbling at speeds of over 100KM. Sounds like it is coming from the rear passenger side but hard to tell.

There is nothing at lower speeds and it gets worse as speed increases to about 120KMH and the.n it is consistent from there on.

A friend says I need new tires, but they look in really great shape to me with lots of tread. Could this be the issue? Suspension? Anyone had this problem?

Did you measure the tread depth (vs just looking at them)?

Knocking shouldn't be a tires issue. I would get the suspension checked, it's not the most reliable part of the car. I have personally had multiple bushings replaced, links, upper control arms, spring/shock on one corner, all within 60k kms.
