I got that once when I had too many events leaving the lane. Came back next drive.
I think it's illogical to turn off a safety feature because you used it. I sort of get it, maybe, that f you're driving erratically or drunk or lazily, they don't want to encourage reliance on it as a crutch (or crappy FSD).
But I got the timeout due to several events where I just happened to need to ride the line: Wide Load with part of a tractor in my lane, another truck drifted over in the wind, a really bad pothole I avoided, I forget the others, forget how many it took.
Intentionally disabling a safety feature due to its over use makes no sense to me.
