Leaderboard in iOS App

When you click on the treasure box in the iOS app and click the bar graph icon on the top left, there's a leaderboard demographic.

I see under the "Owners" tab there are 2 owners, myself and someone else.

Are the listed owners those who have previously owned the same car?

Kinda freaking out my car is a reject of someone else.
