Leigh Delamere access when travelling eastbound?

Does anyone know if you can use an access road to access the Superchargers at the westbound service area when travelling eastbound on the M4? Google Streetview is a bit old so it's inconclusive.

Nope. Painful, it’s added ages to my drive when caught out and needing to drive east without knowing in advance.

If there is one thing the M4 corridor isn’t short of, it’s rapid chargers.

After Leigh Dalemere going east there is Ionity and MFG at the next junction, accessible both ways, a bit further down is instavolts and V2’s at Membury just the other side of Swindon.

There shouldn’t be any need to do any ‘painful’ loops of the M4 unless you are wedded to tesla rapids.

My experience of the IONITY chargers at J17 truck stop is that they can be a bit hit and miss communicating with the vehicle via the app. They have now installed a contactless payment terminal so if you don’t have the app you can still charge using a debit,credit or fuel card.
