Did anyone else get stung by a PCN due to the total closure of the exit road from Heston Westbound services and Tesla Supercharger on 5th Jan around 00:20 am?
We were forced to use the camera controlled back exit so were served with a PCN. The only alternative would have been an illegal and very dangerous exit the wrong up the M4 entry slip road or to stay and get a PCN for parking too long. Moto are denying there were any issues so far, predictably.
I'm challenging the PCN with dashcam footage of the closure and requesting they void all PCNs during the closure. Can share footage if useful.
I'd have notified Tesla but I'm not sure which email is best for reporting supercharger faults or issues.
