Just noticed that 1 of the 2 license plate LED lights is out. Only have 16,000 miles on the car. Would this be something covered by the warranty. Seems like something that shouldn't fail that fast.

Just put in a service request on the app and mobile service should come out for this.
You would think this would come up under warranty. But this is considered a consumables like wipers, brakes, tires, etc so I wouldn’t necessarily expect it.
Might be easier and cheaper for you to do yourself.
But if they put this in as a billed service you can always cancel.

Thanks for the suggestions. Yeah I was hoping I would find a video on youtube of someone replacing one so I could maybe do it myself. I guess none of the tesla model 3 youtubers have had it happen to them yet.
