Little white plastic piece that looks like you can pull it under the car?

It is under the car right in front of the driver side REAR tire. Do you have that on your car and what is it for? Also, I looked under the car and I have a caulk line thats probably three feet long. Do you have that also or is it just my car? Lastly, does anyone know how to change the wheels in the picture of your car on the dash? Mine shows the wrong wheels. Thanks.

Might be helpful if you took a picture of the plastic piece and the caulk line.

This must be done by a Tesla tech in the "secret" admin page of the car.
