Live in NH, pick up in NJ???

As the title says I live in New Hampshire and I’m supposed to pick up the car in New Jersey. I was told by the person that had me test drive that Tesla provides a free rental car one-way? Has anybody else experience this?

I wonder to which Motor Vehicule's state the car will be registered when sold and if there is any vehicle sales taxes?
