Too much money down. If it was zero down and 12K a year it would be interesting.
If you divide the amount due at signing into the 24 payments, it increases by $324 per month. That doesn't include tax, title and license either. The final net cost is more than double the advertised amount. Hooray for advertising. Not.

The default lease on the Tesla website has an even higher down payment.
The standard 2019 Audi E-tron Quattro Premium Plus (MSRP $76,585) lease offer is 36 months. 10k miles/year for $679/month with $5,573 due at signing. The "due at signing" includes $3,999 down payment, first month's payment ($679), and $895 acquisition fee.
By comparison, the Tesla default lease for a 2020 MX Long Range Plus (MSRP $81,190) is 36 months, 10k miles/year for $1,019/month with $9,214 due at signing. The "due at signing" includes $7,500 down payment, first month's payment ($1,019), and $695 acquisition fee.
Adding up the due at signing and total of payments, the Tesla would come in around $16k more (excluding taxes) over the three years.
