I’m an attempt to silence all the various interior trim rattles, I’ve removed the headliner and all pillar trim pieces. One thing I notice is the 5 white trim clips holding the lower B panel are not snug enough. They aren’t broken, they just don’t have quite enough holding power. So that panel pops off with just very slight pressure, leaving it held in place only by the surrounding panels and weatherstrip.
I’ll try getting some new clips from the Tesla shop, but I’m afraid the holes might have been drilled too large from the factory, in which case I’ll have to find some aftermarket clips slightly larger.
