Loot box no longer on iPhone app or car screen

With all the talk about referral miles expiring, I went to check mine and I just noticed I no longer have a loot box. I just got the car last month and had 922 miles left.
Anyone have this happen with the last update?

Try force closing the app and/or restarting your phone. Mine is still there with expiration date of 5/31/20, which is just over a year after purchase.

Tried that, deleted the app and reinstalled, no luck Was it also in the Toy box screen?

Yes. I can see the little box icon on my main screen and I still have the ‘Lootbox’ option in settings. Both show referral miles with expiration.

Do you have a phone with ios or android?
My iphone 8 has the Loot Box and it was just updated with additional miles and extended expiration date.

Mine was gone last night but now it’s there. They musta been updating the expiration date

Tesla seems to have had someone working on adding the expiration date of the miles to the app now. Check again. It’s now showing with the expiration date on my app and wasn’t a day or two ago. If the Loot box isn’t showing up I’m guessing they are working on updating files in the batch of owners you have been grouped with. Just check back.

BTW Elon said he would extend the referral miles due to the pandemic and the fact many are not able to travel and use them. No info on the amount of the extension yet.

Mine was there earlier today, but now when I opened the app, it asked me to sign in and the Loot Box is not there...

Edit: took a few minutes to show up, but the expiration date hasn’t changed.

No big deal.

I got the 2 years free supercharging back in September when I bought my car. My loot box says I have 1,000 miles free supercharging expiring 5/31/20.

I checked my account online and it says I have unlimited miles expiring 10/06/21. So I don't know what's going on with the app.
