Lost TOU capabilities

Anybody else lose their ability to control the PW via TOU? I am back to only having back-up and self power as my options. No schedule editing allowed

Just checked - I'm in the same boat. I suspect it may be some kind of back-end bug, though. I'm also not seeing the firmware version in the app right now.

Edit: Also, my system still is operating in TOU mode even though I can't see the option in the settings.

Same.....no TOU option anymore but the Powerwall is operating in that model.. and yes, no firmware number on the bottom of the screen anymore either

I'm guessing that the two could be related. It might be hiding the option because it doesn't know if the Powerwall is on a firmware revision that supports time-based control.

Unfortunately mine is not operating in TOU. Once 2PM (peak) it is still charging, no discharging like it should during peak hours. So hoping they fix soon

This happened to me last week when Tesla was having issues on there end. At one point, the app even logged me out and when I tried logging back in, it said there were no products associated with my account. Eventually, it all fixed itself.

And yes, it is definitely hiding the option when it can't confirm the firmware revision of the powerwall.
