Low mileage 2015 S85D

I know it's bad when an EV sits too long with low mileage, but how low is low. Cannot check history other than it was Lease. 38000 miles in great condition. Of course out of Warr, but we'll known Dealer has a smoking deal due to sitting on Lot. I test drove it 2 months ago when it was $30K, it's going for lot less plus the $4k point of sale will apply.
Your thoughts?

I don't think there's anything wrong with the car sitting undriven as long as the SOC is not allowed to fall below 10%. It shouldn't be left below that.
I still love my 2013, and I've decided to replace the battery if/when I need to; rather than replace the car.
Know the risk of the high price repairs (battery pack, drive unit are the big ones). Personally I have no problem with the "old" tech. Get it.
