Lower Charging Rate\Battery Longevity vs Efficiency

Given all the responses above, it appears that the best course of action is determine your charger's most efficient charge rate to achieve the lowest cost per charge. We can disregard any possible benefits from home charging at low rates from the longevity\battery health perspective.
Ideal Charge Rate??

That would be 25A (@ 240V) for the on-board 48A chargers. Some people have argued that slightly longer charging time puts additional wear on the cooling system components. I'm not sure I agree because I've observed that the probability of the louvers opening and the fans going is much greater when charging at 48A than when charging at 25A. During the period I performed these experiments, I couldn't tell for sure if the cooling pump was running because me car had a defect where a fan inside the right headlight would always run, making noise.
