So jealous! When did you order? I'm still obsessively checking the source code every hour or so...
You definitely deserve it! I started off with a SR+ on 1/25 but modified my order to a LR AWD. Now I'm thinking of every reason that my order was somehow messed up and forgotten.
Really looks like they go from the farthest of the factory to the closest, so probably by the end of the quarter.

I had a similar experience. I ordered a P3D on 12/24. Modified it sometime early January to a LR AWD and was agonizing for a VIN thinking I dumped myself at the end of the queue (I still may have). I finally got a source code VIN today.
Nice! You are probably far enough away from Kansas City that they will deliver your car to you right? I'm driving down on the 2nd.

Yea, i am not sure exactly how it happened. I looked forever and finally scheduled a test drive. That evening I pulled the trigger.
After rwading some posts abouts about making sure to fill everything out, i did just that. I had a few questions so I emailed my SA that took me on the drive. He got backnto me within a few hours and I only needed my insurance uploaded.
I did not have a VIN in my source but about an hour after uploading my insurance it was there. I contacted my SA again and he laughed congratualting me. Told me the VIN was listed as being at the factory. Got the text today its enroute.
Now my scramble to schedule my wrap, tint, ceramic and order some fun things. It never ends.

I’m in the Iowa City area, which means I’m just inside the 220 mile zone for delivery. So I’ll be heading to Chicago to pick mine up. No date scheduled yet, but Tesla is estimating first week of March.

Ordered mine 1/26. No VIN yet here either, but I don't mind a slight delay as I have some complicated paperwork on my trade-in I need to get cleaned up first (would rather not get into the details, but it requires traveling a bit to get some signatures).

You're pretty much on the same boat as me, though I made a modification a week ago. Still checking my source code every hour
Now only in-person meetings at work can stop this habit...
