LTE Connectivity

Our 2021 MY came with one year of free premium connectivity. Since two recent updates, presently on version 36.8, LTE connectivity has worked intermittently. Yesterday after a complete power down LTE worked for approximately 2 hours then the slash through the bars showed up. Today LTE will not connect despite another reset. My workaround to get streaming music is using my phone as a WIFi hot spot. Is LTE connectivity a common problem?

My LTE connectivity hasn't been working for the last 2 days either. Has yours resolved?

Mine would fail after every update, anywhere from one to four days. Neither soft or hard resets corrected the issue. I finally submitted a service request. Remote diagnosis indicated a faulty communication board and Tesla replaced it. One update followed and LTE worked flawlessly
