MachE should have just pulled right for that White Porsche (?) at ~1:08. Maybe its the driver, but he should have been flooring it on the straight away and it doesn't appear to have much go.

That's precisely the point. The car only has max power for 5 second bursts, yet the rub is it cannot cool itself down between burst so once you've spent that burst, that's it.

Ridiculous. Mach-e shouldn't be on the track with the other cars. It's a hazard especially with an inattentive driver.

I found this link of a MachE GT PE at limerock. It's not real detailed but what you can see is that the PE is very good at losing pace with the pack, shockingly good.

I don't understand. I go faster than that in my daily commute. That road looks similar too except not enough vehicles on it and way too few skidmarks

and judging by the Ford Transit Connect I used to own, the real comparison shouldn't be how fast they are on the track, but how many bits stopped working or simply fell off

I think Ford would win that one ... if you catch my drift
