SO THANKFUL FOR TWO THINGS SPECIFICALLY:
(1) Tesla roadside assistance
(2) Sentry mode / dash cam
Overally it was a great experience. Did you know Tesla will tow up to 50 miles for free? We were in and out of the service center in under an hour. It made for kind of a long weekend (lots of hotel time), but overall it was good.
