Called Tesla to change from cash to finance on my acct. The guy asked me if I'd like to schedule delivery as well. Seems like it is possible once you have VIN. Woot woot

I did the same thing today. Took 10 min once I got through to someone.

Congrats! I had gotten the exact same configuration as you in February 2021. Long range, white on white, Gemini wheels. Sold it in March and ordered the performance model. Was on the fence which one I wanted originally, the performance was a longer wait time at the time, so I went with the long range.

Super crazy how fast you got yours! Hoping I get my VIN within the next couple days.

Just got an update from my sa today.
Delivery got pushed out a day because my car is still showing in California. Hopefully I don't get pushed any further.
Went from 6/15 to 6/16.

Yes and yours is a more unique case. You had the FSD during that brief period where FSD was really prioritized. The large majority of MYLR orders being fulfilled right now are in the Oct and Nov threads with some Dec and still some Aug waiting. I've seen the occasional Jan/Feb/Mar but it is not the norm yet.

You are very lucky to have a MYLR order fulfilled in less than 4 months. There are people now getting estimates that will put them at the 1 year mark from when they ordered their MYLR. Even most MYP orders are being fulfilled at 3-4 month mark. And some of those people have FSD on their orders but that meant nothing back when they ordered and continues to give them no priority. Meanwhile it seems if people add FSD to their orders they are getting prioritized right away. Some October and November people have started to do this to get a VIN and it is working.

That's wild. Yeah I'm a March order as well and I'm supposed to pick up this weekend. MY LR 7 Seat. The FSD push prob helpd a lot.

Do you know how long after the (your tesla is in transit) text, delivery can occur for the east coast? I am still sitting at 6/27-7/1 and received this text yesterday

I’m in Colorado and it was 6 days from the in transit text to when I could schedule delivery, which was 1 week after that (13 days after it’s moving text). Though the vehicle has/will arrive at the delivery center before that. I don’t consider Colorado very east coast though. Just a data point.
