Martian 20 on MYP?

I’m receiving my Model Y Performance soon with the OEM 21s. Two questions:

1. I want some efficiency improvement but don’t want to step too far down in size. Would the weight savings of MW03 20s help or am I wasting money not hopping to 19s?

2. Which all-season tire is best for road trip comfort and range?

I can do just a bit less than msrp. No tax of course... I don't have pics on me right now, they are sitting in my dad's garage a few minutes away from here. They are literally brand new, not even taken out of the box. LMK if interested.
