Mobile Tire change - Tire Butler

I'm considering having my tires changed with a mobile service. I had used GoTire in the past without an issue, but the number of bad reviews seems to be growing. I'm looking at alternatives and found Tire Butler. Has anyone used their services for balancing and such? Has anyone used them for rim repairs?

I have used The Tire Change Guys (see below - Andre) for my Model 3 since I got it in October of 2018. I also now use them for the other cars in my family. No relationship to them other than being a satisfied and repeat customer.

In the spring when I contacted Go Tire, who I have used for a few years, they passed me on to GoWrenchAuto which is an "affiliate" of GoTire - whatever that means.
