Hi just wanted to make this post for people that are interested in aftermarket wheels and sizing. I had a hard time figuring out how wide I could fit in the front of my stock ride height model 3 LR RWD . I was able to fit 20x9 wheels with a +35 offset. These are the Niche Essen in hypersilver. 255/35/20 Michelin as3+ all around.
Fit: no rubbing, wheel gap is not terrible but would look better lowered an inch
- road noise: going from my 18 aero I honestly can't tell the difference even at highway speeds
- handling: feels more stable at speed due to thinner profile tiles
- grip: I already had 255/40/18 on my rear aeros so not a huge improvement in this regard but steering feels heavier at first going from 235s to 255s in the front.
