That's an absolutely tiny amount of power in terms of vehicles. You'd get less than half a percent of charge from that, and you'd have to do it really slowly because it only has 500w output, which is a quarter of what a home wall outlet can do.
What all are you trying to do with the vehicle while camping? If you shut the car down it shouldn't use more than a tenth of a percent I'd guess.
Are you going to campgrounds? You could pay a few more bucks and get an RV spot and plug into mains power. Even get a NEMA 14-50 and get a full charge overnight while running camp mode.
