No difference other than the motor took 1000X harder beating than you would have on your own personal one.

How much practical wear would that actually add to the motor? I don't plan on driving my Model 3 for a million miles, probably not even 500k which would take me 50 years with my <10k miles per year. Even if it cut the motor's life in half to 250k by max accelerating at every stop it might still be worth the trade.
