Mine was replaced under warranty 2 years ago. Unfortunately they scuffed the trim as after fixing it the technician slammed the door without the window slightly dropped (they blamed their computer being connected). But they immediately replaced the trim. It's been absolutely fine ever since
However, I too have noticed that service does seem more rushed and far less accomodating nowadays. They have an effective online booking system, issues are triaged upfront, yet nowadays the service centers have the ability to walk all over this last minute. It's like a good cop bad cop arrangement, very frustrating.
