Met John Temple of Temple Performance Cars last night at our Cruise-In in Marana, AZ and started talking about our Model 3's. He is from Atlanta, GA. and here visiting family. He showed me this picture of his M3 with this Grille he makes from 3M Film. His wife loves the car hated the front end, so he came up with this. Pretty impressive.

It looks ok, but personally, the lack of a grill is the whole of this EV. This is akin to putting on fake exhaust pipes.

It is not about adding a grill, because it is NOT adding a grille. It is about styling. To me the front of the 3 and Y look unfinished. The decals make it look more completed. It is a matter of aesthetics, which we know is highly subjective.

If you're going to spend extra money to make your model 3 look like an old model S, you could have just bought the old model S and saved the cash.
