Not sure if this is already known, but there appear to be at least two Red Model 3 in Switzerland. I saw them on a single level (long) transporter three times this morning in Basel. Either the driver is lost or he really likes driving around Markthalle. Will get a picture if he comes back again...

Deliveries are supposed to begin in Europe in just six weeks or so.
If I had to guess it would be that some vehicles have been shipped to various places in Europe to prepare delivery folks with delivery procedures and final vehicle assembly. It's also possible that they are beginning to train local technicians on repair.
It's probably cheaper to send a few people from the USA over to Europe to train several classes of technicians on repair procedures than to send 100+ European technicians to work in the Fremont factory such as what is done for US techs.
