Same. Ordered 3/4 with 5/11 - 6/8 as my EDD and it hasn't updated even once since putting in my order. Don't have a VIN either.I ordered 3/4 and my EDD has not changed from 5/24-6/21. I'd love to see some kind of movement... hasn't nudged a day

Find an insurance broker. They will shop for you and beat all of the big national chains by more than $100 a month in most cases. I’ve done it for almost 30 years and never had issue with these smaller insurance companies.I ll check state farm out. Right now the cheapest I have seen for me is Progressive with a whopping 373$ / month
I'm pretty new to vehicles and insurance. What are some must-have coverages to look for when shopping for insurance?Find an insurance broker. Congrats! I am pretty jealous that my OD was 2/12, and you have my exact configuration…my location is just low priority. Maybe by the time I finally get a VIN, Tesla will have a miraculous solution for all these parts shortages. One can dream.Just received my vin!

Interesting ... I've never thought of insurance brokers. Is there any specific broker that you would recommend?Find an insurance broker. Go to a chinese mechanic$500 in maintenance every 2 years is nothing compared to having to do oil changes every 3k miles and all the other typical maintenance for an ICE car. Especially when you compare what it costs for maintenance on something like a Lexus or BWM that's in the same price range. My Lexus takes synthentic oil and it's at least $100 for every oil change. A routine maintenance trip was probably $300-$500 twice a year.
Brokers are typical local and specific by state. In AZ I use Hayden and Hayden but every market will have their own. They will do your car and home/renter insurance and be able to walk you through the typicals for coverage.Interesting ... I've never thought of insurance brokers. Mine is on white exterior with 18” wheel and no FSD.Ha, looks like we are OD and EDD buddies, mine are perfectly identical, and we are about as far apart as two locations can be in the US. Does your car happen to be white exterior black interior 18inch wheels no FSD?
We got an identical order. And same latest EddHa, looks like we are OD and EDD buddies, mine are perfectly identical, and we are about as far apart as two locations can be in the US. Does your car happen to be white exterior black interior 18inch wheels no FSD?

Insurance premium really varies. The other poster may live in a high-risk area and want a low deductible policy with broad coverage.Wow have you had 20 accidents?! That is insane
nope. only held a US drivers license for less than 6 months. Have been driving in other countries for much longer.Wow have you had 20 accidents?! That is insane
Same boat. Considering using Metromile and not driving much for the first 6 months until I have some driving history and then switching to a different insurance provider if the rates are better.nope. only held a US drivers license for less than 6 months. That is such BS from Tesla ! it really should be first come first served but they do it randomly . I also have OD of 2/12 and see others with later OD getting their car. Happy for all of you but ….you know.Congrats! I am pretty jealous that my OD was 2/12, and you have my exact configuration…my location is just low priority. It's probably because they try to break their delivery records every quarter and so they must be focusing on high demand areas firstThat is such BS from Tesla ! it really should be first come first served but they do it randomly .
