Model 3 - Rebate for purchase through Corporation?

I understand the rebate program for personal ownership - are there rules on qualifying for the rebate if the purchase is done through a Corporation?

I believe that still works, but the rebate would be on corporate taxes. (I'm basing this off of answers from folks around leasing that the leasing company gets the tax break).

If you control the Corporation...no problem.

If the Corporation is in someone elses name, then no Tax Credits.

If the Corporation passes through their profits to you, then you probably get the credits.

Yes - I am the sole owner and operator. And it would be for purchase, not for lease. Basically I am trying to figure out which gross income I need to submit for the application.
