Model 3 RWD - wheels

Hi, looking for wheel options for a 2023 Model 3 RWD (hoping to get it in Feb/March). I have come across these two that I like:

1.

2.

The first one is 19x8.5 with offset of +35.
Also comes in 19x9.5 with offset of +35
Centre Bore is 72.56mm

I realise I would need 19" tyres for these (can still edit order as I don't have a VIN yet).

The second one is 18x8.5 with offset of +40
Centre Bore is 73.1mm

They both have the right PCD (5x114.3) but I believe Model 3 needs centre bore to be 64.1. I don't know much about centric rings but are these generally ok? Would you expect a company like Jax Tyres to have these centric rings on hand or would it be something I have to source myself?

Which size would be best?
19x8.5 +35
19x9.5 +35
18x8.5 +40

And would there be a reason NOT to do this? Would these be a downgrade on standard wheels? Will these be heavier than the factory 19" sports wheels?

Thanks!!!

If you like the first set, just pull off the aero caps and squint a bit 🤔
Beat that Jax.
