Model 3 Tesla App gets "Check Power Source" message on connecting to a ROLEC Home Charger

I have a new Model 3 Long Range :) and had a Rolec home charger installed model no ROLECEV EVHS2140/OLEV. All was fine - then after a couple of months, it started getting "Check Power Source" messages on the Tesla Android App when plugging the car in to charge :(.

I can get the car to charge SOMETIMES using the supplied EV.ENERGY app using the BOOST function, but the car will no longer automatically charge overnight during our cheap electricity time from 00:30 - 04:30.

I contacted the installer who eventually came out and replaced a RELAY in the charger unit, which worked while the fitter was there but then resumed its "Check Power Source" messages that evening.

I have contacted the installer again, awaiting a response, but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what if anything they did to fix it.
