Model S part replacement

Hi
I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can get a replacement piece (it popped off while I was removing a fuse) it dropped down somewhere by by the firewall and I can't see it.

Picture isn't the sharpest, but that looks like a cap that screws on to the Schraeder valve used on the high-pressure side of the A/C system.

Shouldn't have just "popped' off unless it wasn't tightened, but it should be available at any auto parts store.
